Description

Sesame lavash is a traditional flatbread, originating from Armenia and popular across the Caucasus, Iran, and Turkey. Rolling it thin makes our lavash crisp and crunchy – perfect for baba ganoush or hummus dipping but also wonderful as part of a mixed bread service.

Ingredients

unbleached unbrominated flour (wheat, barley, niacin, iron, folic acid, riboflavin), water, butter (cream), shortening (trans-fat-free palm oil), salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), paprika, white pepper, sesame seeds

Also available as Parmasean/red pepper and kummelweck
