Description
We start with our tried and true sourdough bread dough recipe and use steaming, rather than boiling, to create a light and airy bagel that works with both a schmear of cream cheese and a sandwich stuffed with cold cuts or chicken salad. That’s why we call them “bragels” – bread bagels.
