Kummelweck lavash is a traditional flatbread, originating from Armenia and popular across the Caucasus, Iran, and Turkey. Rolling it thin makes our lavash crisp and crunchy – perfect for baba ganoush or hummus dipping but also wonderful as part of a mixed bread service.
