Olde Hearth has Irish roots—and this family recipe’s for our Irish Soda Bread so good it’ll “turn your heart sideways.” Full of black and golden raisins and sweet cranberries, we leaven the loaf with baking soda and top it with buttermilk to seal in the sweetness.
