Our Medianoche Pan (pull-apart) Roll is a classic Cuban-style bread, traditionally enjoyed after late nights out in Havana. (That’s why its named is the Spanish word for “midnight.”) Slightly sweeter and softer than our Cuban bread, our medianoche baked goods are enriched with evaporated milk and butter, giving it a tender, pillowy texture and a subtle richness. A touch of turmeric – no artificial color – adds the signature golden color. Minimum order is 50. We also bake medianoche loaves, hoagies, and dinner rolls.
